Products & Customization

LaserTrenZ offers personalized and custom products, including laser engraving, jewelry, tumblers, embroidery, DTF printing, apparel, heat transfers, and novelties.

Because many products are made or customized specifically according to customer instructions, the finished product may have minor variations in appearance, placement, texture, or color.

These variations can be part of the normal custom-production process.

Orders & Pricing

An order may be canceled if an obvious pricing or product information error occurs.

Product availability may change without notice.

Payments

Orders must be paid for through the payment methods offered during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to production schedules, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside LaserTrenZ's direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products may be subject to restrictions because they are created specifically for the customer.
